How to Order FOB (Bali or Surabaya) USD $ Price {MOQ = USD $1,000}:

ATTENTION:

Your FOB USD$ “export” order is only exempt from Indonesian 10 % VAT if your order is shipped with PT Bali Soap’s invoice and a PEB form (statement of exported goods) is provided for by cargo agent.  In other words, if you or your cargo agent is consolidating your shipment from multiple suppliers, your order is then Ex-Factory and is subject to 10 % VAT tax (PPN).  No exceptions!

Indonesian law also requires that you place your order from your country via email and pay full amount in USD $ via bank transfer from country outside of Indonesia.

In addition, should you decide to ship your order air freight, only door to port can be exempt from 10% VAT tax.  If you ship door to door you will not be exempt from the 10% PPN Tax because it is considered sent by courier and the cargo company cannot provide the PEB form.

For small retail enquiries from overseas:  We do not facilitate shipping on orders smaller than $1000.  You are welcome to purchase small quantities from our showroom (ex factory).  Alternatively you can purchase small quantities online from http://www.bonabalispa.com/  

How to Order Domestik Ex-Factory Rupiah Prices

Domestik Ex-Factory Rupiah Prices -

• No minimum quantity restrictions for standard Bali Soap labeled products
  
  
• No deposits necessary.
  
  
• PPN Tax included in price.  This is pricing structure for all domestic and export customers who are consolidating shipments from multiple suppliers (see FOB ”Attention” for further rules on tax exemption).

Pricing Terms and Minimum Order Quantities

• Depending on customer’s method of shipping, prices will be quoted for either EX FACTORY or FOB.  Please see page on “Prices &  How to Order”
  
  
• Prices quoted are valid for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks prices may change without notice.
  
  
• Minimum total dollar value is US $ 1,000 per export order.

Terms of Payment

• Sea Shipment - 30% deposit to start order. Full balance to be paid within 5 days of receipt of fax or email copy of all shipping documents.  Original documents sent immediately on receipt of funds.

  IMPORTANT: On receipt of copy of documents balance must be paid within 5 days.

• Air Shipment - 30% deposit to start order.  Balance due prior to shipment of goods.

Delivery Time

At time of order we will send pro-forma and advise delivery time.  Delivery time can vary from 14 days (small quantities of standard products) to 60 days (large quantities of special order formulations/packaging). Delivery time is stated in days. Our counting of days starts on receipt of fax copy of T/T.

Cancellations - No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed.

Method of Payment

• Credit card payments can only be made at our office in the presence of card holder.  No credit card payments can be accepted in the absence of card holder/card.
  
  
• Cash payments for Domestic or Ex-Factory prices can be made in our office or by direct deposit to Rupiah account.
